Anxiety and ADHD Therapy

Gentle, Steady Support for Overwhelmed Minds

In-person in Birmingham and telehealth across Alabama

When your mind won’t slow down, it’s hard to feel like yourself.

You might be lying awake replaying conversations, worrying about things that might happen, or feeling stuck in a cycle of “what ifs.” Maybe you’re a mom holding it all together for everyone else—while inside you’re restless, exhausted, or drowning in self-doubt. Maybe you’ve wondered: Do I have ADHD? Is this just anxiety? Or am I just failing at keeping it all together?

You might feel scattered, easily distracted, or like your brain jumps ten steps ahead while your to-do list never gets done. Or maybe you overthink everything and feel wired but exhausted all the time. Whether you’re balancing motherhood, work, or both, you deserve help that makes sense for your mind.

  • Warm. Real. Body-Centered. I help women understand how ADHD and anxiety can overlap — and how they show up in daily life. Together, we’ll build self-understanding, develop practical tools that work for your brain, and practice more self-compassion and balance. Therapy with me isn’t about pushing anxiety away—it’s about gently understanding it and building a kinder relationship with yourself. I blend Inference-Based CBT, attachment-focused work, and body-mind awareness so sessions feel calming and practical.

Even in the chaos, calm is still possible. Together, we’ll help you find it.
