Gentle guidance for the hardest job you’ve ever loved
Parenting has no shortage of challenges. When your child is struggling it's easy to doubt yourself. You might be the default parent, the emotional anchor, the one constantly Googling, second-guessing, and worrying you’re not doing enough. And despite your best efforts, the meltdowns, defiance, anxiety, or disconnection in your family might be pushing you to your edge. You might feel stuck in survival mode, guilty for losing your temper, or unsure what “good parenting” even looks like anymore. All you know is that the way your family is operating is not working and you don’t want to “mess your child up”. Parenting is beautiful, but it can also be relentless. You don’t need to figure it all out alone — and you’re not failing because it feels hard.
Parent coaching is not therapy for your child — it’s support for you as a parent. It’s a place where we can explore what’s happening in your family, understand your child’s emotional needs, and help you respond with more confidence, calm, and connection.
It’s also a space where you get to be seen — not just as a parent, but as a whole person.
Whether you're parenting a child with big feelings, ADHD, anxiety, or just trying to survive the daily chaos, I’m here to help you breathe a little easier.
Parent Coaching offers you:
I approach parent coaching the same way I approach therapy: with warmth, curiosity, and the belief that you’re doing the best you can with what you have. This isn’t a place where you’ll get a long list of things to change. It’s a space to slow down, make sense of what’s really going on underneath your child’s behavior, and figure out what actually works for your family — not a perfect version of one.
We’ll work together to:
Explore your child’s nervous system, attachment needs, and emotional patterns
Practice strategies that are gentle but effective
Understand your own triggers without shame
Set boundaries with more calm and less conflict
Reconnect with the parent you want to be (not the one who just survived the morning routine)
A space to reflect without judgment
Tools to respond calmly and effectively
Support in setting boundaries and routines with love
A chance to reconnect with your own identity
Guidance for navigating school, transitions, or family stress
