Whether it is lack of sleep, hormonal shifts, relational challenges, feeding difficulties, navigating maternity leave or returning to work, being ‘Mama’ is all consuming— body, mind, and soul.

We will assess for postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, collaborate on building a strong support system (including other professionals when needed), and gently hold space for your heart as you navigate the emotional landscape of motherhood. Whether you're facing a diagnosable disorder or simply grieving the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent, you don’t have to go through it alone.
