Working with me

Therapy with me is a space where you can lay it all out there— the mental load you carry, the anxious thoughts, the guilt you experience. No feeling is wrong or out of place. You are welcome to show up exactly where you are.

Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—and gently untangle the patterns keeping you stuck. We will continue checking in during our time together to make sure we are on a path that feels most helpful for you.

Whether you’re navigating postpartum anxiety, living with ADHD, or just overwhelmed by life, this is your space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your light.

Jessica Grogan, LICSW

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Alabama. What this means is that I work from a person-centered lens, always making sure that we are meeting your goals and hooking you up with resources to support the work we do in therapy. I am a big feeler and strive to create an authentic and open place where you are able to experience the safety you need to feel fully seen and truly heard. Trained in various modalities, I continue to grow my toolbox so that my clients are getting the best care. I bring a warm, playful, and grounded presence to our work, using evidence-based approaches like I-CBT, attachment-based therapy, and mind-body tools that meet you where you are.
